To make it easy peasy lemon squeezy (peas and lemon both being good for you, of course) to monitor your daily intake for the whole week of the recommended foods, we've developed this simple but ingenious tracking device. It's a fridge magnet so you can keep it on – wait for it... – your fridge door, and tick a box every time you eat a portion of one of the colours. For your convenience, we even include a dry-wipe pen with every order. In the evening you can at a glance see whether you've covered the full spectrum, and perhaps plan your supper so as to make sure you do. Similarly, at the end of the week you can check how well you've done on each of the colours (and other healthy heart foods) – so if you find yourself underperforming on, say, orange colour fruits and veg, you can perhaps roast some butternut squash for your Sunday lunch, and/or pay more attention to that colour the following week. In addition to the five colours corresponding to the main colour groups of fruit and vegetables, there is also an extra column to keep track of your healthy heart foods. You can use this whichever way you like, for example placing a small tick for each of the healthy heart foods you eat on a given day, or placing one tick when you've eaten all that you should that day.
